Plssssssss redo the original mini tubs u guys released for silglow. I still have aqua gold and rose gold and they are just amazing !!!! Pls rerelease all the shades !!!
I placed an order for a white acrylic paint tube on 8th June from Bluebird’s website, which was available at a discounted price. According to their timeline, it was supposed to be delivered by 11th June. However, even after many days, I did not receive my order.
When I followed up, I was told that TCS mistakenly delivered my order to someone else, and instead of solving the issue, Bluebird asked me to place a new order at full price — without any compensation, discount, or priority shipping.
This is highly unprofessional and disappointing. I lost not just my money, but also my time and trust in this brand. Mistakes can happen, but customer service should take responsibility and resolve them, not put the burden on the buyer.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this brand based on my experience. I hope they improve their support and learn to value loyal customers.

Just received my parcel everything looks good but everything was dusty had to clean the dust off . I have a complaint i order primary colors a few months ago the blue and vermilion color were very liquidy ☹️
I bought them for my sistet she liked them alot.I am totally satisfied with both quantity and quality of colours .
Good service experience, but the product itself was a bit of a let down. Being a third party product, could not blame the company, but would still expect some due diligence.
